May 30, 2025 brought the kind of sunshine that feels made for a beach wedding. –

Kaitlyn and Nate celebrated their day at the iconic Casa Marina Hotel in Jacksonville Beach, and the entire wedding felt full of color, movement, intention, and so much love.

The morning began with Kaitlyn getting ready at her in-law’s home. The room was filled with soft light, meaningful details, and the happiest group of bridesmaids. There was this calm, excited energy that lingered in the air as everyone helped bring the morning to life. Meanwhile, Nate and his groomsmen spent the morning at the Country Club where they shared laughs, straightened tux jackets, and even squeezed in a quick round of putt putt before heading to the venue. It was the perfect mix of fun, nerves, and sentiment that makes a wedding morning so special.

Once everyone arrived at Casa Marina, everything shifted into full celebration mode. The bridal suite was overflowing with golden light and laughter. Kaitlyn and her bridesmaids popped champagne, stepped into their dresses, and soaked in those last quiet moments before everything unfolded. Then came the sweetest first look in the courtyard — emotional, grounding, and full of that “this is really happening” energy for both Kaitlyn and Nate.

Right before the ceremony, I captured one of the most meaningful details of the day: Kaitlyn’s bouquet. She designed it using one single flower from each of her bridesmaids, turning it into a symbol of the people who have been part of their story from the beginning. It felt like this beautiful bridge between past chapters and the moment she and Nate were about to start together. Paired with her floral Louboutin heels, it was a detail that carried both intention and personality.

Their seaside ceremony was everything you dream of for a Florida wedding. Clear skies. Soft ocean air. Birds flying overhead. Guests smiling and fanning themselves in the sunshine. Surrounded by the people who love them most, Kaitlyn and Nate exchanged heartfelt vows just steps from the shoreline. It could not have been more perfect.

The celebration continued into the evening with a reception full of color, dancing, and candid, joy-filled moments. Kaitlyn slipped into a second look made for the dance floor, and from that point on, the night was pure fun. Glasses clinked, the music stayed loud, and the entire space felt alive.

A closer look at the details ✨

After the sun-filled ceremony and the heartfelt first dances, the reception space truly came alive. Kaitlyn poured so much intention into her design choices, and the result was unforgettable.

She paired vibrant florals with fresh citrus for a look that felt coastal, elegant, and completely unique. Oversized clam shell vessels overflowed with peonies, anthuriums, daisies, soft greenery, and bright slices of grapefruit, lemons, and oranges. The mix of color, texture, and light made every table feel warm and inviting. It was such a refreshing take on timeless Florida wedding style, and the entire room glowed.

From the thoughtful florals to the candlelit tables and handcrafted touches, every detail worked together to create a celebration that felt joyful, elevated, and beautifully personal to both Kaitlyn and Nate.

I photographed their day with my signature documentary and editorial blend, focusing on the real, unscripted moments. The soft hands. The mid-toast laughter. The little glances. The hugs that lingered just a moment longer. From the morning excitement to the final dances, every part of their wedding told a story full of intention and beauty.
